Booking Process for Accommodation & Activities

(Not Hay Festival)
* Contact us to check availability
* We will respond to reserve your booking or offer alternatives if no availability
* Reservation will be confirmed and booking details sent on receipt of 20% Non-refundable deposit.
* Full payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.
* For bookings received within 28 days of arrival the full payment will be required when booking.
* You will be contacted before arrival about timings and things to bring.
* We are unable to make any refunds for cancellations made within 21 days of your arrival.
